David Here,
Next week I'm taking my immediate family on a 2 week holiday or 'vacation'. I feel like I need a break. Only problem is, the first 2 nights we are staying in, ahem, Paris. Which should be a fun experience. But seriously, I'm looking forward to my holiday (which for those who don't do humour means we're not actually going to Paris).
Therefore during the next 3 weeks, this blog will be extremely light in terms of comment and posts for the next couple of weeks. In order that you don't miss out, I'd recommend you follow us by e-mail. I will admit that constantly posting on this and other blogs since February has knackered me, on top of my job and duties as a husband. I will be back sometime in September, so I hope to see you all then. Also you can check out other blogs that my brothers and sisters write as well. They will post here to let you know of these.
Hashem bless you all and until September, I remain yours
Dov
From one warrior to another : A wounded warrior deserves time off the field to recover ! May God bless you and your family and may the Jew people win the war against the terrorism !
ReplyDeleteI have always found this blog to be a wonderful safe haven for dissent and free thought. Don't be too long away, I enjoy reading the daily output of this blog!
ReplyDeleteI am criticial of this blog's editorial stance! I feel that it borders on hersey and yet and yet, I see a fellow Jew who has a passion for our religion and people that I have not seen in a long time. This blog, despite the sometime heresy is a Kiddush HaShem because of its absolute devotion to the unity of the Jewish people : you and your family are brother and sister Jews. I am a Torah Jew, Haredi and kollel man. I Daven for the protection and hedge toward Israel everyday and I Daven that the IDF will be victorious in this current conflict.
ReplyDeleteG-d bless this blog and the family who write on it !
The Lord bless you and keep you, may the LORD make his face shine upon you!! May God's chosen, our holy older brothers in Christ Jesus, be blessed now and forevermore.
ReplyDeleteLt. Hadar Goldin’s chasuna is scheduled to take place before Rosh Hashanah.
ReplyDeleteDaven for him!Hadar ben Chedva Leah!Daven for a quick end to the unimaginable pain of his parents and siblings!Daven to end the tears of a kallah who is waiting!
Israel is fighting a terrorist organisation voted in by the majority of the population of Gaza. - Fact Surrounding Arab country's refuse to open there boarders to terrorist organisations - Fact Hamas and other fanatical Islamic organisations want the destruction of Israel and weston civilisation - fact. While there are country's who have the strength to take a stand against fanatical Muslims to keep me and my family safe, I cannot condemn them. My heart breaks for the innocent children in Gaza, the suffering is so desperate, how can Hamas fire rockets from homes knowing that Israel will have to defend themselves, how can this evil be allowed to exist. Why are the terrorist flags of Hamas flying in the Uk.
ReplyDeleteHow can you support a heretic who endorses homosexuality?! The wrath of Hashem awaits for you!
ReplyDeleteNO! Kavanah is a mensch. I have exchanged many e-mails with him. I have been inquisitor, I cannot find him wanting in Talmud or Tanakh. He is too mystical for me, but he is ORTHODOX. He is a devout Jew, committed to his family, which is why he is mistaken with the homosexuals. But he greatly puts the welfare of Jews as important and is Zionist & can communicate to goyim in a way I cannot . I have been wrong in much of my attacks, except he is blinded because of his sister to his view on homosexuality : I can understand and forgive on that matter. As of today I shall support Kavanah and his family. I shall teshuva at Rosh Hashanah. I need to know another moniker. I shall ponder what this shall be.
ReplyDeleteSo you admit this blog is about spreading propaganda to the goymin or as you see them the useful idiots? No surprises, but I am surprised it is admitted so readily..
ReplyDeleteAs Aaron spoke for Moshe. I cannot understand non Jews. The bloggers Kavanah does. There is no propaganda . Goymin is plural for non Jewish people, NO insult intended . That is all I spoke of.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for the kind words here. I have re-done the post and put it up again. I was rather tired on Friday night. I feel that this version is better.
ReplyDeleteThankyou. That means a great deal to me, I am pleased that our dialogue and discussions have been production and achieved something.
